It is our promise that we only sell products that come directly from our suppliers in Europe. To uphold this commitment, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges on any of our products. This policy provides our clients with peace of mind knowing the products they receive have not been stored in someone else's car or home or shipped multiple times from one customer to another. This is one of the ways we ensure the quality and safety of the products we offer. This policy is standard for most European Formula companies (as it should).
If your order has not shipped yet, you may cancel it for a refund (minus 3% for the credit card transaction fee). Orders that have shipped are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
